This Guidebook is meant to go with the Sublime Thresholds Tarot Deck of eclectic and beguiling Baroque, Gothic, Romantic, and Symbolist paintings ranging from the 17th century through the Fin de siècle of the 20th century that I individually sourced, curated, digitally enhanced, designed, and aligned with major and minor arcana archetypes. On each card, the reader will find an attributed Sublime Code representative of the conceptualization of the painting’s heroic and archetypal storyline.
Digital ePub eBook Companion Guidebook (color cover, black and white interior). Pages will range from 120-130. Full-size card images across from full-page divinatory interpretations creatively written from an intuitive, animist, magically oriented, poetic perspective. Included in these pages are sublime codes based on my MFA in Creative Writing thesis The Endurance of the Sublime. There are Greek words to match the cards and their archetypes, as well as historical information for the art eras and the historical concept of the Sublime which dates back to the 1st century AD.
